Sharon is a warm, empathic Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with all age groups and a wide range of presentations.
She practices evidence-based and effective therapy in a professional, yet supportive manner, maintaining her expertise through continuing professional development.
Sharon uses her genuine interest and natural curiosity of the client’s difficulties to draw out the ‘essence’ of the person. Thus, Sharon forms a strong understanding of her clients and aims to provide individual, tailored therapy which aligns with the client’s psychological needs.
Sharon has a special interest in working with adults and young people who have experienced sexual assault and/or complex trauma, and with children who have been abused physically, emotionally, and/or sexually. She also has a special interest in working with separated families and understands the complexities of family breakdown for parents and their children.
This includes working with both survivors of and perpetrators of family violence, supporting all those to move past their past relationships difficulties and move into a position of empowerment. Sharon provides individual therapy for adults, young people, and children. She also prepares Family Reports for separating couples who need support to decide what arrangements are in their childrens’ best interests.

Sharon’s therapeutic approach is integrative; the inter-weaving of various, best-practice psychology techniques and strategies to readily establish a therapeutic alliance with her clients, along with creating a safe, neutral and trusted healing environment. She uses a combination of psychological therapies, in collaboration with the client, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic principles.
Heidi is a caring and empathetic Clinical Psychologist who feels extremely privileged to be able to work with people who are willing to process the difficulties and distress they may be experiencing. Initially trained and working in South Africa, Heidi relocated to Rockhampton in 2007. She spent 13 years working in private practice supporting people living in rural and regional areas. Heidi relocated to Noosa in 2020 and sees people in Noosaville and via videoconference.
Heidi has over 20 years of experience working with individual clients and couples. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and families in both private practice and hospital settings. Heidi works in an evidenced-based and professional manner for a wide variety of clinical presentations. Heidi has special interest areas of working with abuse and all related areas, and with working with people struggling with eating disorders and body image issues.
Heidi has experience in working with people dealing with life transitions, relationship and parenting issues and sexual health. She has a special interest in working with abuse and all related areas, having also worked in a ‘Alternative to Violence’ programme in Canada and South Africa. She is adept at understanding the complexities of abuse and the impact it has on survivors. Another special interest is in working with people struggling with eating disorders and body image issues. She understands the importance of these clients being treated in a multidisciplinary setting and obtaining early intervention. Heidi also has experience of supporting people with chronic health issues. She is familiar with how chronic disease can impact on the mental wellbeing of people. She has supported many people to live their best lives regardless of their physical health situation.
Heidi believes that change is always possible and her aim is to work collaboratively with her clients to improve their quality of life and contentment. She understands the importance of accepting life as it is and making decisions as to how to move forward when faced with difficult and stressful circumstances. Heidi’s approach could best be described as eclectic in that she uses ideas and theories from a broad range of evidence-based therapy modalities, namely Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Rogerian Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation.
Teresa is an experienced clinical psychologist who has previously practiced in hospital, university, and community settings.
Teresa has a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults who experience problems such as Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Generalised Anxiety Disorder Specific Phobias and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Her other clinical interest areas include performance anxiety, maladaptive perfectionism, burnout, and neurodiverse conditions.
Teresa sees adolescents and adults, working to improve their emotional health, deal with challenges, and make other positive changes in their life. Teresa is a compassionate psychologist who takes a collaborate and active approach to treatment.
Treatment will focus on building skills and learning to apply them in various areas of your life. Above all else, Teresa aims to create an environment where you feel understood and safe so that you can reflect, gain insight, develop new skills, and grow.

Elisabeth has enjoyed over 25 years’ experience as a psychologist offering people a safe space to make sense of their experience, build hope and learn skills to enhance wellbeing, however that looks to them.
Currently a Clinical Psychology Registrar, Elisabeth has taken a deeper interest in working with people affected by traumatic experiences, as well as how to access inner wisdom and resources to recover from depression, anxiety and loss.
Elisabeth works together with her clients toward their goals, drawing from a variety of client-centered evidence-based therapies tailored to their unique needs.

Rebekah is general psychologist who works primarily with children and young people. She completed her studies at Deakin University in Victoria. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan in the public and private sectors. Rebekah has worked across various clinical settings, including forensic, disability, child and adult mental health, and positive behaviour support. Rebekah has experience facilitating individual and group-based therapy.
Rebekah has extensive experience with children and young people with a range of difficulties. She is accomplished at assessments and therapy and works from our downstairs room which is set up specifically for this population. Rebekah has a special interest in providing therapy to children and adolescents, and also adults with post-natal concerns and difficulties. She has a wealth of strategies and tools to draw from, engaging her clients, and assisting to make gains in-session and between sessions.
Rebekah is a Mum of one, very cute and active little boy. She has returned from maternity leave with a healthy appreciation of attachment dynamics for new Mums, informed by her training in the Circle of Security program. Rebekah is warm, patient, and sensitive to the diverse needs of her clients. She is particularly interested in how trauma impacts on the developing brain and rebuilding parent-child attachment following adverse life events
Simone has a wise, kind manner, and extensive business, professional and life experience. She encourages her clients to share their difficulties and life pressures, so as to devise a treatment plan that is tailored to each person’s goals, values, and needs. Bianca is a dedicated Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in
high-performance environments across the UK and Australia. Her diverse career
encompasses coaching elite athletes to Olympic and Paralympic success, mentoring
executives, and working with young people in the community.
Christine offers psychodynamic short- and long-term psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, couples, and group work on a variety of life issues. She has a strong interest in working with couples and is an Accredited Gottman therapist and EMDR therapist.
Christine has trained as a relational psychoanalytic psychotherapist. This means she works to facilitate awareness of deeply held beliefs and patterns and to build with the client a new way of framing their experiences and their responses – a different understanding. The intention being to build a greater strength and resilience in dealing with life and gaining freedom from patterns that are no longer serving the individual.
She believes that integration, balance, and the understanding of the relationship between mind, body, key relationships and spirit are part of making our life better. She has a significant career in the behavioural sciences in both healthcare and the corporate world. She understands the neuroscience behind behaviours and feelings and works with individuals and couples to build their awareness which is the first step in positive change.

Katrina is a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and holds a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She provides both short- and long-term psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, and is currently undertaking training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
Katrina welcomes both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients into her practice, and also works with NDIS participants. She supports adults and young people aged 13+, offering services in walk-and-talk therapy, online sessions, and face-to-face appointments.
Using an integrative and holistic approach, Katrina draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and expressive therapy tools. Robyn is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience practising in both the public and private sectors, supporting children and families in community setting in Australia and abroad. She has worked extensively with children who have learning, coordination, social and emotional regulation, self-care, developmental, and behaviour difficulties. This includes children without a formal diagnosis. Robyn has a special interest and broad experience in neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Developmental Coordination Disorder. Robyn is a caring therapist who takes an “in-depth” approach to assessment and intervention. As part of the therapeutic process, she enjoys working with parents and caregivers to build awareness of their child’s strengths, providing appropriate information, and play-based activities to enhance their skills. In addition to providing assessments and therapy in the clinic on Wednesdays, Robyn offers in-home therapy and school visits.
Having raised three children of her own, she also brings practical parenting skills and experience to her work with families. In her practise, Robyn prioritises the development of self-regulation and social skills as these are integral to daily life and emotional wellbeing. She applies her sensory processing knowledge and uses cognitive behaviour interventions such as “Zones of Regulation Program” as well as a “Social Thinking” curriculum, to help children participate optimally in all areas of their life. Sally is an experienced teacher and specialist educator with a passion for working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties and Academic Gaps.
She knows that students may struggle academically if their learning has been interrupted by inconsistent schooling, attention difficulties, or trauma. Specific Learning Difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and ADHD are tough to cope with in the school system, without targeted and high-quality 1:1 intervention.
It is difficult for many schools to resource this. It is essential that a student’s specific learning needs are accurately identified and addressed. No two students are the same. Individual diagnostics, educational planning and intervention that utilizes exactly the right tools are needed. Effective liaison with schools, specialists and families is invaluable to build the strongest bridge to success for your child.

experience, Sally has worked as both a Classroom and Learning Support Teacher in Secondary and Primary settings.

She knows what is required by the school system, the classroom teachers, the teacher aides, families, and medical specialists. She has a high level of expertise with recognized best-practice, evidence-based programs. We all know there is no magic pill to help with learning needs.
The work just needs to be done, for as long as it needs to be done. It is possible though, to waste a great deal of time and money with less ideal approaches to intervention. Many good, well-intentioned people will work very hard to try to fill that bucket with holes in it.
